Accommodation Management

Overview

The ICY accommodation management (AM) system is ideal for location managers who want to have everything under control. This ACU (accommodation control unit) is installed at all desired locations, such as hotel rooms, bungalows or sheltered accommodation. This box communicates with other ACUs and transceivers in the system via the ICY-Net. You can oversee all ACUs and appliances hooked up from one central location, e.g. the reception area. You can control all the equipment from one location and automatically get a warning if there is a problem with equipment.

Integrated network

The AM system is used in combination with the ICY-Net networking products. You can use this system to set the thermostats at the individual locations from one central computer, e.g. at the reception of a bungalow park.

Warm welcome

Make sure that your guests are welcomed in a warm and cosy bungalow by linking up the AM system to your reservations system; that the heating is turned down automatically at night when everyone has gone to bed; and that the thermostat is set to the Anti-frost setting when the guests have left. Your guests don’t have to think about adjusting the heat and can enjoy a comfortable and careless stay.

A safe feeling

In case of faulty equipment, the system is alerted and you can immediately see where the problem is. You can connect smoke detectors and pressure meters to the ACU, which means you get alerted in case of a fire or pressure loss in the boiler.

Ease of use

All equipment in the bungalow or other location can be connected to the ACU, which offers you the chance to set and control them from one central location. You can not only add thermostats to the system (the ICY thermostats communicate wirelessly with the ACU), but also outdoor lighting, air-conditioning and smoke detectors. With the AM software you have all the equipment in the system under control.
