Overview
Light sensor
The integrated light sensor ensures that the Dormant temperature is activated 20 to 30 minutes after all lights have been turned off. This sensor can save up to 8% extra energy.
Wireless Control
With the affordable wireless ICY-Net it is possible to control our Timer-Thermostats from one central location. This set-up is used a lot on bungalow parks and in hotels. By linking ICY-Net to the reservations system, the accommodations can be preheated before guests arrive and switched to the Anti-Frost mode as soon as they leave. It is also possible to adjust the heating remotely to suit the guests’ needs. This is an optional feature for this thermostat.
Touch control
The thermostat can be set using only two touch buttons.(+)and (-).
The week clock/timer can be pre-programmed using ICY-CC
Our newest addition to the Timer-Thermostat family is related to the ICY1845. The ICY1850 is however much more sensitive.

Robust design Because these thermostats are used in public spaces, they have been designed to be robust, they don’t use batteries and are maintenance-free. When the thermostats are in place, you don’t have to worry about them anymore. The plastic cover is impact-proof and difficult to open. |
Save money These thermostats activate the heating when a bungalow, hotel room or other public space is actually being used. This creates a huge reduction in energy usage and costs. At night, the heating is automatically turned down and because of the pre-set maximum temperature, users cannot stoke up the heat to unreasonable temperatures. This piece of technology can ensure a minimum reduction of 20% on your energy bill, with a possible reduction of 55%! |
Heat comfort As soon as a space is in use, the boiler will heat it to the set Comfort temperature. For the users this means that the space is nice and warm during their presence. If they want to heat the room any further, this can be done within the set temperature limits. If the room is still being used after the Comfort period has elapsed, the period can easily be extended by pressing a button on the Thermostat or by activating the light sensor/motion detector/key responder (depending on the type of thermostat). |
Easy to useIf the thermostat is not touched by the person using the space, the pre-programmed settings for the Dormant temperature and the Anti-frost temperature and periods will apply. As soon as the light sensor detects light or the user touches the buttons on the thermostat, the Comfort period will begin and the temperature will go up. |
Easy installationAll our thermostats are characterized by simplicity, both in their design and in installation. The thermostat can be easily connected to existing wiring and can be mounted on the wall using only a few screws. |
Warm WelcomeWith Warm Welcome you can preheat a room. That way your guests will arrive in a comfortable accommodation. This setting will be active until the Timer-Thermostat is manually set to a normal comfort period. |
Key responder
The key responder of the ICY1850 has the same function as the motion detector and is ideal for buildings with multiple rooms, such as a sports complex, community centre or large bungalow. The user only has to indicate on arrival whether a room needs to be heated and to which temperature. The Comfort temperature will then be active until the user leaves the complex. The advantage of the key responder is that the boiler will remain active if, in the case of a bungalow, the guests are sitting outside on the terrace or are in another room than the thermostat. The location of the thermostat is of much less importance. You can also set night and day periods for the ICY1850, which can realize a huge energy saving, but also ensures the room is heated when necessary. The ICY1850 can be remotely controlled and even remotely programmed!
