Order handling
When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to handle it properly. We may give your personal data to our delivery service to have the order delivered to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company.

Contact form
The contact form allows you to ask us questions or make requests.

Making in-app purchases
You can buy things in our website and/or app ICY Control Center where we use your personal data to complete and record the purchase.

Purchasing credits
Certain things at ICY Control Center work with credits, which you have to purchase in advance, and where we use your personal data to complete the purchase and register the credits.

Sending newsletters
We have a newsletter and you will be added to the list of subscribers only with your permission. In the newsletter, you will read news, tips and information about our products and services.

Handling subscriptions
You can take out a paid subscription with our app ICY Control Center, where we use your personal data to handle payment.

We keep this information until you cancel the subscription. We retain certain customer data for longer in connection with the statutory tax retention obligation.
Access app
Our app gives you access to a management environment where you can set, specify and change things yourself for the ICY Control Center. We keep track of what you have done and when, so there is proof of that.
To do this, we use your e-mail address, N&A data and IP address. We do this on the basis of your consent. We keep this information until the end of our service to you.
The app ICY Control Center can also be provided by you to your customers for limited setup and access to their own consumption data during the period that a property of yours is rented or used by them. You do not need to use your customers’ personal data for this. However, we do use your customer’s IP address when they use the app ICY Control Center. We keep this information for one year after this used at the most.
Your account
Certain areas of our website and app require you to register first. You must then provide information about yourself and choose a user name. We use this to create an account, which you can log into using that username and a password of your choice.
For this, we use your e-mail address, billing address, payment details, N&A data. We need these because of the contract we conclude with you. We keep this information until you cancel the account.
We store this information so that you don’t have to fill it out again and again, and so that we can contact you more easily when needed at the website. You can edit information through your account whenever you want.
Advertising
We would like to send you advertising about offers and new products or services. We do this:
